About
We built the AI for traffic ticket teams.
Zweelie is founded by Alex Hanna and Daniel Camilleri. We work with teams that fight tickets for clients and need calls, documents, court dates, and follow-ups to stay in one place.
Our story
Zweelie started with one observation: traffic ticket work runs on details that nobody can afford to lose.
The call that rings while someone is already on the phone. The text that sits unread. The ticket photo in one thread and the court notice somewhere else. The appearance date that lives on a sticky note.
When you help people with tickets, the stakes are not just administrative. A missed message, forgotten court date, or file that never made it to the right teammate can matter deeply for the person counting on you.
AI can help with all of it. But most tools still leave the team to patch together calling, texting, files, calendar, payments, and follow-ups on their own.
We built Zweelie to be the AI that keeps ticket work together: intake, routing, documents, tickets, court dates, payments, and follow-ups in one workflow your team can actually run on.
What we believe
Workflows over scattered tools
Calls, texts, files, tickets, payments, and court dates belong in one place. Tell us what is slipping through and Zweelie is built to handle it.
Your AI, not another CRM
Zweelie works alongside your team: answering, routing, organizing, and following up instead of adding another system to babysit.
The risk is too high for chaos
Traffic ticket work is time sensitive and personal. We build for teams where a missed client or court date is not a minor ops issue.
Built for sensitive client work
Encryption, business level isolation, attorney-client privilege in mind, and HIPAA aligned practices because the information you hold deserves serious protection.
