Please read these terms of service carefully before using Zweelie ("the platform") operated by Zweelie Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
Account Registration

All content on the platform, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and software, is owned by Zweelie or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without our prior written consent.
Content Submission
By submitting any text, email, live chat, social media post, case study, testimonial, or other content (collectively referred to as "Content") to Zweelie, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and display the Content in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to grant this license and that the Content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. You also acknowledge that any Content submitted may be used by Zweelie for promotional or marketing purposes. Zweelie reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any Content that violates our Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. However, we do not assume any responsibility for the Content submitted by users. By submitting Content to Zweelie, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the Content or your violation of any rights or terms.
DMCA Notice and Takedown
Zweelie respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content available on our platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

Limitation of Liability
Zweelie and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms of service or engage in any prohibited activities. Upon termination, your account and related information may be deleted.
Governing Law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
