Partner Program
Terms Of Service
Please read these terms of service carefully before using Zweelie Partner Program ("Program") operated by Zweelie Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the partner program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the partner program.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Program at our sole discretion.
Partner Obligations
Partners are required to adhere to all advertising, marketing, and legal guidelines while participating in the Program.
Partners are prohibited from using self-referrals and any such action will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any earned payouts.
Prohibited Activities
Partners may not use Zweelie’s trademarks in a manner that implies partnership or endorsement between the Partner and Zweelie.
Spamming users on Zweelie's platform is strictly prohibited.
Bidding on branded keywords such as Zweelie or other Zweelie-specific keywords is not allowed.
Partners are prohibited from pretending to act on behalf of Zweelie or misrepresenting an endorsement by Zweelie.
Partners are prohibited from placing ads on search and social media platforms that compete with Zweelie's own marketing efforts or confuse our customers. If unsure whether an advertisement is allowed, Partners should contact Zweelie for clarification.
Violation of any of the above will lead to suspension of the Partner’s account and forfeiture of any earned payouts.
Referral Process
Partners will receive a unique referral link formatted as https://zweelie.com?via={workspacedomain}.
When a referred user subscribes to and remains active on a paid plan via the Zweelie homepage or the plan section under settings within their workspace, they will be registered as a referred workspace under the Partner’s link. The referral action is registered only once.
Payouts
Partners will earn a commission of 30% of the subscription fees paid by the referred workspace owner for the lifetime of the referred workspace's subscription.
Payouts will be made via PayPal to the email address listed under the workspace details tab in the settings section of a Zweelie workspace.
Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis, or as otherwise defined by Zweelie.
Termination
Zweelie reserves the right to terminate any Partner’s participation in the Program if the Partner breaches any of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
Liability
Zweelie will not be liable for any loss, damages, or other claims, including tax obligations, arising from the Partner’s participation in the Program.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Miscellaneous
The failure of Zweelie to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between both parties regarding the Program, and supersedes and replaces any prior agreements, oral or otherwise.
By using Zweelie, you agree to these terms of service and understand that they may be updated periodically.
